Among the seeded players is Angelique Kerber (VCORE Xi 100), seeded at number nine. Angie made it to the semifinals in 2012’s tournament, demonstrating excellent performance on her way to the top. Ana Ivanovic (EZONE Ai 98) is also in the tournament as the eleventh seed. She recently earned her first title on the grass court at the Aegon Classic on June 15th. Stan Wawrinka (VCORE Tour G, SHT-PRO) is the number five seed. He won the title at this year’s Australian Open, defeating both Novak Djokovic and Rafael Nadal, marking the first time a player has defeated both top-two seeds on the way to a Grand Slam title since 1993.
