Yonex is launching a new ‘Aqua Night Black’ design of the EZONE tennis racquet series that will be released in January 2024. Drawing inspiration from the night sea, the EZONE appears peaceful, yet possesses a raw and intimidating power.
Ben Shelton (USA), Jessica Pegula (USA) and Linda Noskova (CZE) are among the Team Yonex stars who will use the striking new design of the EZONE series, which is known for its easy power and plush feel. The black base in the ‘Aqua Night Black’ design represents the sea, the color-shifting texture from green to purple provides a refined and sophisticated look, while the splattered paintwork evokes crashing waves at night.
The EZONE 98, 100 and 100L series will be available in ‘Aqua Night Black’. The EZONE will still be offered in the existing Sky Blue, giving players at every level a choice of designs.
Yonex athletes have been extremely successful on the ATP and WTA Tours with the EZONE series. Shelton won his first ATP title in Tokyo in 2023, Pegula reached the final of the WTA Finals in Cancun, and Noskova was nominated for the WTA Newcomer of the Year Award.
