Yonex is proud to announce our involvement as the official equipment supplier for the resuming professional badminton tour in Thailand in January. With professional badminton having faced many quiet months in 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic, Yonex is pleased to take part in jumpstarting the tour with two major tournaments in the new year.
The Badminton World Federation and Badminton Association of Thailand held a press conference on Thursday, October 29th to confirm Thailand as the host for the Asian Leg in January. This confirmation was paired with the announcement of Yonex becoming the title sponsor and equipment supplier for the first tournament, the YONEX Thailand Open (January 12th – 17th) and the official equipment supplier for the second tournament, the TOYOTA Thailand Open (January 19th – 24th), both HSBC BWF World Tour Super 1000 tournaments.
As the official equipment supplier, Yonex will support players with the highest-grade shuttlecocks, court mats, stringing machines, stringing services and more.
