The much-anticipated MIX & MATCH MALAYSIA scheduled for December 28th has officially been postponed due to the extended Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) announced by local authorities on December 18th. Indoor sports gatherings of over 10 people are not permitted until December 31st, inevitably leading to the postponement.
Captains Lee Chong Wei and Wong Mew Choo are actively discussing with organizers about potential new dates to host MIX & MATCH MALAYSIA. Because COVID-19 preventative measures largely dictate the timing of the event, organizers look to provide updates once some stability in the COVID situation can be perceived.
The MIX & MATCH Badminton Challenge is a new team-format badminton event presented by The Legends’ Vision aimed at creating a team and community feeling that has been lacking in badminton due to the COVID-19 pandemic. MIX & MATCH CHINESE TAIPEI is scheduled to take place on December 26th.
