At one of the Grand Prix Gold events, Bitburger SaarLoxLux Open 2012, YONEX players won 2 gold medals and 4 silver medals.
Germany duo Ingo Kindervater (ARC10) and Johannes Schoettler (VT80) in the men’s doubles, Danish Anders Kristiansen(ARC10) and Julie Houmann in the mixed doubles won gold medals. No. 2 seed in the men’s singles, Marc Zwiebler (VTZF) of Germany, Johanna Goliszewski(NS7000) and Birgit Michels (NS7000) of Germany in the women’s doubles, Robert Mateusiak(VT70) and Nadiezda Zieba (VT80) of Poland in the mixed doubles and England’s Peter Mills (VT70)and Chris Langridge in the men’s doubles won silver medals.
